Melissa officinalis
Cold sores, insomnia, psoriasis, sedative, anxiety, antiseptic, digestive

Sedative, antiviral, digestive disorders, nervous (Beyrer, sf)

Dosage: 3 infusions per day, about 5 fresh leaves per cup of water plant
